Subscription Policy
Everything you need to know about Watermix subscriptions.
How does my subscription work?
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged for each replenishment unless you choose to pay in advance.
Managing your subscription
You can cancel or change your subscription any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your orders, and you can manage subscriptions by logging into your account. If you haven’t created an account yet, select “Create Account” to access your subscription tools.
Change, skip, or cancel
Log in and open Subscriptions. From the subscription portal you can:
- Switch your flavor
- Change quantity
- Edit frequency/interval
- Skip or gift your subscription
- Update the card on file
- Edit your address
- Cancel your subscription
Shipping reminders
We’ll send a reminder three days before your subscription ships. Add hello@watermix.com to your contacts to keep emails out of spam. You can also log in anytime to view upcoming deliveries.
